All For Kids
About Us

We provide observation-based early childhood education tours for people who are interested in early childhood education in Canada. We will visit early childhood education sites in Canada and provide learning opportunities to learn about "Human Rights Education" and "Multicultural Education" that respect each child.
Our Story
Haruka, our founder, became an Early Childhood Educator in Canada because she was fascinated by Canada's early childhood education that respects children's rights, diversity, and multiculturalism. Having interacted with Japanese early childhood educators online during the pandemic, she realized that we need a place where people with the same goal of "for the sake of children" could teach each other and interact passionately.
Haruka contacted Chihiro, who also works as an Early Childhood Educator in Canada and wanted to help people learn about childcare in Canada. "All For Kids" was born out of the two's desire to provide an interactive educational tour that is full of learning and awareness.

Hello! My name is Haruka, an early childhood educator with eight years of experience. Originally from the northern part of Japan called Hokkaido, I made the leap to Canada after high school to delve into the realm of early childhood education. After moving to Canada in 2013, I quickly fell in love with the warmth of the people, the breathtaking nature, and the rich cultures that make up this inclusive society.
Over the years, I've worn various hats, from taking the lead in the classroom to embracing the great outdoors as a forest school practitioner. My journey has also led me to work as a one-on-one support worker, catering to the unique needs of individual children. I believe that every child is capable, inquisitive, empathetic, creative and unique, and I feel grateful to witness learning take place first hand.
As I gained experience as an educator and interacted with many like minded professionals in Canada as well as in Japan, a vision began to take shape within me—a dream of becoming a bridge that links the world of early childhood education in Japan with that of Canada.
Along with Chihiro, an early childhood educator in Canada who shares the similar passion and values with me, we hope to facilitate growth, exploration, and cultural understanding through educational tours in Canada.

Hello! My name is Chihiro. I was born in Fukuoka Prefecture. I majored in education and earned a Bachelor of Education from Sophia University in Japan. During my studies, I came to Canada for one year to study English and Early Childhood Education. I was impressed by educators and their philosophy, which avoids negative words such as "no" and "don't," using positive guiding techniques.
Right after graduating from university in Japan, I pursued a major in early childhood education at a public college in Canada in 2019 and obtained qualifications in ECE, IT, and SN. Since 2021, I have gained work experience at local daycares, observing children's play, planning activities, and supporting children with special needs.
Currently, I am using social media to share information about early childhood education in Canada with Japanese people and am studying at Ashton College to become an immigration consultant involved in visa and permanent residence applications. My favorite Canadian food is the crazy-sized ice cream eaten on the beach in the middle of summer.
