You can inspire the young educators-to-be. It is also a great opportunity for your centres to exchange culture between Canada and Japan.

Who should join?

What centres we are looking for

centres that have unique programs and philosophies
centres that follow FLIGHT curriculum
centres that incorporate human rights, diversity, and inclusive education into everyday life as well as their programs
centres respect and teach indigenous values and teachings

We prioritize your centre's safety

We are certified ECEs who are familiar with licensing and regulations.
Certified ECEs who are fluent in both English and Japanese will accompany the participants at all times.
All the participants must provide a clear criminal record check, and they will not be alone with the children.
All the participants must be interviewed by us and go through thorough application process before granted the educational tour.
All the participants must participate in our orientation before and during the educational trip to go over some rules.
